1 lg. onion
4 to 6 cloves of garlic
1 bottle of your favorite BBQ sauce

Directions:

Brown pork roast in skillet with small amount of oil. Peel and slice 1 large onion. Place 1/2 onion in bottom of crock cooker. Put roast in crock cooker and add 1/2 to 3/4 cup water. Add rest of onion and the garlic.

Cover and cook on low 8-10 hours; remove meat, and let it cool enough to handle. Discard onion and juices in crock cooker. Tear roast into small pieces. Put back in the crock cooker and add BBQ sauce (as much as your like).

Cook on low 2-3 hours or until flavors are blended.
