Fiesta Crockpot

Serve this with Doritos and some salsa or use it as a taco filling. It's
very tasty.
2 lbs ground beef
1 onion - chopped
1 can enchilada sauce
2 cans cream of chicken soup
3/4 cup water
1 can chili peppers
3/4 lb Velveeta cheese - cubed
Doritos or taco shells
Place all ingredients in your slow cooker. Stir to mix. Cover and cook on
low for 7 to 8 hours.
