1 pound lean ground beef
1/4 pound pork sausage
1/2 cup chopped onions
1/2 cup chopped sweet peppers
salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon ground sage
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 tablespoon paprika
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk.
Combine all ingredients and shape into a loaf. Place loaf on trivet in
bottom of slow cooker. Cover and cook on LOW about 4 hours or until done.
Makes 6 servings.
