Venetian Crockpot Beef

 

Make this meal a delight with a side of angel hair pasta!

2 pounds round or chuck steak
1 can (16 oz.) Italian tomatoes
1 tablespoon oregano
2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar or balsamic vinegar
1 envelope onion soup
Pepper, garlic powder and salt to taste.

Arrange cut up meat on bottom and cover with soup mix and tomatoes. Add remaining ingredients and cook on low for 6-8 hours.
