Simple Chicken Curry Crockpot
 

Serve this fantastic dish over rice.

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken thighs
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 each red and green pepper, sliced
1 Tbsp water
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 Tbsp curry powder
3/4 cup chicken stock


Place all ingredients into slow cooker in order listed. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
